At the beginning of the year, I was placed over the new Digital Learning Team by my principal. In collaboration with our Instructional Technology Facilitator, I identified who I thought would be great candidates for the team. We were unable to offer them anything in the form of incentives rather than a bump on their evaluations. I sent this email as a means of trying to convince them to join and telling them why I thought they were a great fit for the team. The email worked as everyone that I reached out to agreed to be on the team.
